Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
We used 8x8 Work as a softphone solution when employees started working from home, but needed a non-mobile work contact number. The problem it addressed was a need for a simple to use, seamless experience for end users to be available on phone, without the need for extra hardware or coming into the office. The scope was for employees, mainly in Sales, but also HR and admin.
Pros
- Easy to use, clean, modern interface
- Simple integration with chat and screenshare
- Can integrate with MS Teams
Cons
- Integrate web solution with SSO
- Customizable backgrounds, dark mode, etc.
- Customer satisfaction - high rates of customer queries
- End user/employee experience, and feedback has been great
