Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

we use 8x8 Work for desktop client, mobile app, and phone systems. the UI is easy and support has been very responsive. i like the diverse functionality the system has, auto attendant, voice mail to text, and various levels of administration settings within the admin portal. have never had an issue with down times or poor call quality.

  • multi client use (desktop, phone, mobile)
  • voicemail transcription
  • managing contacts
  • SMS integration

Cons

  • option for auto updates for desktop client
  • better alternaitve to teams voice
having tried many phone platforms 8x8 Work has a straightforward admin center and end users pick up on the simple, yet feature packed, UI
