Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

we use 8x8 Work in our office for our communication to make and receive calls and to also have our call forwarding for holidays be MUCH MUCH easier. They really are on top of what they are doing The agents are very professional and very patient

Pros

  • answer quickly
  • they really listen to your needs
  • stay with you until they resolve your issue
  • they walk you through so you understand each step

Cons

  • maybe the chat box more options
  • its a great program to have agents are very knowledgeable
Overall, agents, phones and functions are great !
i would not change it it really works well with this office

we have used outside operators for holidays which are at a super high cost and we always end up with some sort of issue with 8x8 Work they arrange the call forwarding super easy and quick so you don't miss any call
