we are using 8x8 for past 4 years - very good tool for use, integration is easy once you accustomed to it

Pros

there is a gap on first voice pack to receiver
system management is complex
mobile app on android has issues to get calls
some time it is not ringing on every extensions

Cons

ease bit of initial set up
mobile app both apple and android has to have great space to improve

Return on Investment

compare to Traditional phone by all means it is win win situation
and your call center reachability is terrible

but customer support is very weak , no human touch
