8x8 X Series is being used by our organization in Sales/Support/Billing.

Pros

  • Ease of Set Up Office Extensions. External and Internal.
  • Desktop and iPhone Apps.

Cons

  • Advising of technical changes.
  • Speed of solving support issues.
  • Contacting a live support person.
  • Cut our cost from legacy system by 200 %.
  • Mobile Employees are never out of touch.
  • Reacting to customer needs greatly improved.
We did not like this feature. Could not share screen.
