Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We use the 8x8 work system to replace our on premise phone system that was obsolete. Setting up the system was fairly easy and I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked since I had not have positive experience in the past with cloud phone systems. The support has been better than expected as well.

  • Enjoy the convenience of easily transferring a call from one device to another.
No issues outstanding on the performance or setup of this phone system. The system works well for our company's needs and can easily be expanded.

The queues have worked well for our specific programming issues, although I had to use some workarounds as the system could not duplicate the scenarios of my on-premises system. I had provided specific workflows and was assured by the sales team that they could be duplicated. They could not.
