Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
We use 8x8 for our phone services. They are great products. The phones are easy to use, and the applications are easy to use when on the go. I've not had too many issues that a hard reset wouldn't fix. We appreciate the scalability of the service; if we need more international capabilities, we can simply add them, and if we don't, we are completely fine. It's simple to use and program, also.

- Application for mobile use.
- Control Panel ease of use.
Cons
- The walk-through of programming a ring profile could be simpler.
- A way to test the format without needing several phones around.
- We all need phones, we need to be reached. The system operation is easily set, and even overnight and weekend messages are taken care of.
Not really used anything else or researched anything else. When we found out 8x8 had all these other features and capabilities with an affordable price, I researched other companies and we realized we had made the right choice.
