Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We use 8x8 as our Voip phone system,

We have 6 staff and and it gives us stability and consistency of having a reliable call system for our consultant to be able to reach out to clients and candidates.

Pros

  • Stable and reliable calls and signal
  • Good customer support
  • Easy to exchange numbers and add participants as we grow

Cons

  • I think maybe when setting up provide a more detailed set up to save time and onboarding.
  • Others I wouldn't like to comment as it good be our headsets (Jabra) but that's the range etc
  • If we miss out on clients calls it can equate to monetary lost.
  • Likewise negative can have the opposite effect

Well suited across quality, price and in particular customer services too - Area's of improvement could be the start/set up onboarding and get full use of system.
