Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the 8x8 Work system for all of the office communications at a large real estate firm. We have 4 offices with around 100 agents and this system allows us to easily monitor our office phones even if the primary admin is away from their desk with the phone app, allows us to transfer calls very easily to any of our agents' cell phones no matter where they are so they can connect with clients immediately. The system is fairly easy to set up with some direction from support, and is very easy to use and maintain once set up. We also love the ability to pick up a call on our office phone but then switch it over to our cell phones via the app if we need to keep talking on the move.

Usability

The user interface is straightforward with easily accessible descriptions for many things. The system communicates well between all the different pieces, and so far everything just works the way it is supposed to. We have not had any issues or mishaps with set up once it was complete or communications or usage since.

Likelihood to Recommend

8x8 Work is well suited for large or small companies. It would be great to use if we just had one office with a few agents, but is already working well at the size we are and I am confident it will continue to meet our needs as we continue to grow. I can't really think of a scenario where it would not fit well.
