Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
One of the greatest issues we had was accessing and returning voicemails left. 8x8 allows us to easily access them and return calls quickly. 8x8 also gives us the ability to do cold and warm transfer which help the clients feel more seen/heard. I am first in line for our phone system which means I utilize all the functions to properly assist in getting whoever is calling to the right person. I also handle the training for the phone system.

Cons
- It would be nice to convert voicemail also into text when viewing them
- It has allowed smoother call transferring leading to more effective practices
- One call solutions
- Negatively it has caused a time consumption to get someone set up in the system and the app on their computer.
From when I've been with the company, 8x8 has always been what we've used. My experience outside of here has been with other systems however that was long enough ago that I do not remember the name or their significance was not memorable.
