Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

I have been using 8x8 for a long time; believe me, this is awesome. I have used multiple tools like this, but 8x8 work is excellent. We are running a logistics business, and we need to make a number of calls to our carriers and customers. 8x8 delivers unbelievable voice quality anytime, anywhere.

  • Customer support do not respond properly if you are facing any compliance issue.
  • If any person in the organisation misbehaves with a customer and the customer raises a complaint to the concerned team, they suspend the organisation's entire

Yes, 8x8 work is helping to maintain our relationship with our customers. Due to 8x8 work, we are only a call away from our customer. 8x8 work is an all-in-one platform that lets me call, chat, and meet with my clients. I don't need to switch to any other software.
It's helpful and saves me time switching multiple tabs.

8x8 work deserves an 8 rating out of 10. 8x8 work has a very nice user interface. 8x8 work interface is so friendly, a beginner can use it easily. 8x8 work web portal is awesome, I dialed a number from the 8x8 work web portal, and it automatically dialed from my desk phone as well, that's amazing and helps me to reach more clients.
We have multiple sister companies, and our company is using Zoom Contact Centre. That company's IT and employees always say that Zoom needs more improvement. Compared with other 8x8 work, this work is excellent, and I am a happy 8x8 customer. My team and I are happy to use 8x8 Work.

I can use 8x8 from my phone, desktop, laptop, and desk phone, which is great.
