Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

I am using 8x8 Work every day for my business work. In my previous organization, I used a desk phone in the office. I can not use the office number from outside the office. Due to this, my client always complained that after office hours, you became unreachable. But now I am using 8x8 Work, I can use it on desk phone, laptop and in my Mobile phone as well. 8x8 Work is excellent in use. It has HD voice quality.

Pros

  • 8x8 Work is doing well is Voice quality, I did not face any issue
  • 8x8 Work has very good user interface
  • Call Management is good

Cons

  • Sometimes we face voice delay and disturbance in voice
  • 8x8 Work a little bit costly
  • 8x8 Work has very good up-time due we always available for our client
  • 8x8 Work helped to increase productivity because we can use it anytime and anywhere
  • Simple in use
Yes if you are combining voice, video, chat and contact center. It can be easier to use. Customers do not need to handle different portals. But the important factor is user interface, It should be user friendly otherwise combining voice, video, chat and contact center may lead to complex portal in use.
Then it become all in one platform
Yes, 8x8 Work improved operational efficiency in my organization. Because 8x8 Work is user friendly software. It can be anytime and anywhere but you must be a internet connect. Definitely 8x8 Work reduces downtime, streamlines communication across the teams. 8x8 Work is really helpful and effective software. 8x8 Work has very good customer support.
8x8 Work is very good software for making communication easier. 8x8 Work is user friendly in use. 8x8 Work has excellent uptime. It provides HD voice quality even on mobile phone as well. 8x8 Work has excellent customer support. 8x8 customer support is knowledgeable they always resolve issues with 8x8 deep knowledge.
The customer support is not good on Zoom. They do not know about their product. When we ask something about a Zoom feature, customer support takes time and denied for that feature but those features available in Zoom and we have to find out those features by Google and logs. 8x8 Work is the best in the market.

I recommend 8x8 Work to many colleague. And they also use 8x8 Work and they are happy to use 8x8 Work. I know 8x8 Work is a little bit costly, but it has awesome features and excellent customer support that are always ready to help us. And if I raised any kind of service request, they give me an update on the issue without asking.
