Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
We always wanted an application that we could leverage into our SSO log in and 8x8 even before has enabled us to remove the need to enter our password every now and then. Another compliment tp 8x8 is the ease of calls, monitoring, ability to create forms and enhance reporting capabilities. Most of our client facing campaigns use 8x8 as our recommended telephony platform. I appreciate the improvements made on voicemails as well as upgrades as it made it easier for us to communicate and make calls via 8x8 without the sudden disconnection.

Well we use both 8x8 and NICE inContact CXOne. It is an organization and LOB decision as we have many clients then the enterprise. We use 8x8 for clients.
