Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

We decided to purchase and use the 8x8 X Series service because our call volume was very high. We implemented a phone tree and individual voicemails. It has helped with directing calls to the right person and giving information to callers without a person picking up the phone. This has been a great service and reduced distractions in our office.
  • Phone trees.
  • Call routing.
  • Easy to set up.
  • The default robot voice is not the best. Would be good to have more options.
  • Pairing phones to users took a long time.
  • Voicemail transcription is not perfect.
  • Users get fewer calls.
  • Users stay on task.
  • Calls go to the correct person.

The 8x8 X Series service is well-suited for multiple users. Both the web and application interface are easy to use, and easy to teach to less tech savy users. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. Pricing seems in line with competition. The multiple lines are helpful for dealing with multiple callers.
