Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
I take incoming and make outbound calls to clients! Intake about 30-40 calls a day & the problem my agency face are calls being routed to a furniture store. Also my agency experience call drops more than we like.
- Route calls when on vacation mode or Do not disturb
- Text feature works really well
- Sound quality on calls are very good
- Technical support is very efficient
- I would like to be able to clear out & delete my text messages!
- I would like all calls to be routed correctly
- 8x8 has allowed me to assist over 1000 clients by taking incoming crisis based calls effectively
- I love that you can route voicemails to your email, so you are also notified when someone leaves a message.
8x8 has similar abilities there are minor tweaks that need worked out.
