Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
We use 8x8 for our entire phone system. All incoming calls come to me and then I easily transfer them using the 8x8 app on my phone. I also use the desktop app, which I find to be more clear than the IOS app. I also use 8x8 to set up new users for my company.

- Allowing Admin to update user photos for entire company for consistency of image
- Moving the Meet Now button on the IOS app to a different location... it is easy to hit accidentally!
- Putting the Hold button on the IOS app in a better location

- Brokers reach us easily
- It is easy for Admin to utilize
I don't remember the name of the phone service at my last company, but 8x8 is a million times better!
