Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for our whole business. If I have had any questions about issues, customer support addressed my issue immediately.

Pros and Cons

HIPPA and HITECH compliant
They update their app regularly.
Their app is great because I can call from anywhere with it and it looks like I am calling from my office.

I would love to see some kind of transcript feature where I can print out my voicemails to store in the client's charts.

Return on Investment

Made our phone system manageable. Easy for new people to use. We have had fewer missed calls because the receptionist can manage the incoming calls and where the call needs to go to.

We only did a web search for other companies and found this service to fit all our needs, especially being able to get a BAA to help our HIPPA and HITECH compliance. It was over three years ago so I do not recall what others we looked at, but we did a general web search.

Support Rating

I have used their support a few times and found they respond quickly to resolve my problem. They handled every problem I had. If I had questions setting up their service again customer support walked me through. It was easy to add a lines and order new products if need be. Their sales team is very helpful and quick to respond.

This service is well suited for any medical professional in a private practice or large organization. You can request a BAA which helps in HIPPA compliance. I manage the account and it is easy to set up the call tree for our office. It is simple to activate different call scenarios, for example, a holiday we can easily switch over our phones to holiday mode.
