Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)

Remote Connectivity and Auto Attendant support. Easy to access on the phone application and has seamless integration and great quality of HD sound for all calls. We also use digital faxes for all our users which is very handy.

  • Seamless integration into your workflow with HD Quality.
  • The product is priced well with all the features.
  • Works like a large phone exchange.
  • The support staff is great!
  • App that is downloaded can sometimes act up.
  • Updates on the application cause issues or results in a crash on the desktop version.
  • Phone app works fine.
  • Faxes can have some issues in these apps.
  • Yes, great cost point for anyone to start with this system.
Pricing point and features.
Sometimes the wait time for technical support is way too long. I did see a drop in the Customer Sales department especially after older/original account managers were changed. I don't think our current rep is any were close to.
