Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
Our company uses 8X8 to mange all of our phones. Our employees work remotely and use "softphones" to answer and make phone calls.
- We are able to manage all of the phones for the company, including 800 numbers, and virtual numbers.
- We were recently changed over to the newer platform. Everything was transitioned over but navigating the new system has been challenging. It is difficult to find my monthly bill. I recently needed to change the call forwarding options on our main number and I could not find out how to do that. I found out that during the transition, everything was copied over. I needed to "clone" my auto attendant settings in order to make any changes. I wish the interface was more user friendly.
