Overall Satisfaction with AB Tasty

AB Tasty is used by the communication department in order to improve the performance of our website. For example, a whole category of our website was never visited. Thanks to AB Tasty we launched many tests to improve our menu, with an objective to get more visibility. This has been very successful!

Pros

  • The interface is clear and easy to use.
  • Tests are easy to launch , with the possibility to target it.
  • The dashboard is clear and, one more time, easy to use.

Cons

  • Contextual help might be helpful
  • The possibility to get a summary of results by e-mail each day or each week
  • We increased sales of our services.
Kameleoon is not so easy to use, and the team, the support, is not so kind !
We are editing an e-commerce solution (Thelia), we would like to recommend AB Tasty to all our users, to help them increase their sales.
I think AB Tasty is particularly suitable for improving conversions of a merchant website, especially for improving the order process.
