Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

All of our training for the entire North American associate base is housed in the LMS. From new hires to product launches and professional development, all courses are stored in the LMS library. It solves the issue of employees not knowing where to go for training.

  • It has given our employees a place to go for training. Employee engagement improved? Perhaps...time will tell. It has been 7 months
I think there is room for improvement in the technical integration side of things.

Well suited for companies with simple integrations into an HRIS. If you have more than one HRIS due to complex HR structure, it will not be a simple integration.

It would be a LOT of work to move all of our training to a new system. It would really have to be worth the change.

Integration with ADP was a huge factor. It also was the biggest disappointment.
We would ask questions about multiple instances of an HRIS for integration

Absorb LMS Implementation

Due to integration issues with HRIS it was cumbersome and many hours were spent trying to fix a problem that never had a solution really to begin with.
Yes - Weekly meetings with set due dates and suggested action plan
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - It was all on us within our org. They did not provide us much assistance with how to implement on a user level.
