Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

As a part of our Digital Learning strategy Absorb serves as our central hub for delivering, tracking and managing training across the business. This platform has centralised the way in which we administer training. Previously we used multiple systems and various formats and Absorb has made training and administration for learning accessible and consistent. It has solved our reporting, encourages engagement and is great for scalability.

Pros

  • Great CSM (Anup), Customer Service team, Tech team is very responsive
  • Intuitive user experience for Admins and our learners
  • Scalability

  • Could have more flexibility with Audience mapping/dynamic targeting and logic
  • Increased compliance and completion rates
  • Streamlined learner experience and admin experience
  • Increased LMS utilisations and adoption from business admins

  • Positively impacted the learning culture in the business
As an admin of the platform this is very easy to use and if user of anything the platform has great help guides as well as a great CSM and tech team. This platform has enabled us to enable the business to uplift capability through engaging learners and a seamless experience.

Using data from our HRIS has allowed easy management of learners through audience mapping etc
Anup and the team at Absorb have always been helpful, responsive and knowledgeable with providing support. The tech team are always on hand to assist for anything that requires support there and are prompt as well. The support provided is kind, informative and ensures we are in the forefront of learning for the business.
