Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb LMS as our main LMS to host all our training and educational modules so we have a place to store and track all our education for all staff. It helps us when we need to be accredited and all the information are in the LMS already so we can pull the data easily

I love it. they keep on adding in new features which I don't think other companies are doing unless you pay extra for them. Absorb also quite value the feedback of the users in their future plans of features that they are adding so you feel you are a valued customer

We use it to link it other software with the API and it works as intended so no problem there. It is also used for single log in and we don't have problem with that neither
I love that I can call them up whenever if I have emergency. They always tried to get back to me ASAP and some technical staff will be able to offer me a solution to resolve the issue
Absorb support is way better than others and I feel more valued and listened to than the other LMS that I have checked out

if you have a large organization Absorb can really help to manage the training and your users. I wish their course catalog database can be better so that I can use this to organize my catalog but that is still lacking with the Absorb LMS. So I need to have external product to help us
