Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

I have been using Absorb LMS for almost two years to train staff and manage compliance courses. Before Absorb, we were using documents in SharePoint for download & signature for certifying that the information was administered. The Absorb LMS efficiently saves time with detailed course information and keeps learners engaged with AI voice features.

Pros

  • AI voice generation
  • Absorb Create
  • Assigning courses at different levels

Cons

  • Some of the changes in layouts and fonts when PowerPoint documents are uploaded to Absorb LMS
  • How to , name, run, and export reports could be a bit more simple
  • Improved learner engagement
  • Communication of information more effectively
  • Dissemination of information in an organized way
Some of the capabilities aren't fully able to support some of the Microsoft platform documents. Some adjustments need to be made using those documents.
  • Content Creation (Absorb Create)
These features help maintain attention, making the learning process smoother and more effective and it allows various teams to develop course materials easily and effectively. It simplifies the creation of courses by enabling the use of materials already crafted by different teams, enhancing collaboration and efficiency across the organization.
Whenever I have questions or an issue with a process, I can immediately reach out for help. That keeps the workflow moving and doesn't slow things down.

I appreciate the AI voice features in Absorb LMS as they play a crucial role in keeping learners engaged, especially when there is a significant amount of detail involved in the courses. It's less appropriate for classified learning as many documents cannot be held on outside servers. Those courses are administered in a secure site.
