Overall Satisfaction with Acquia Digital Experience Platform
We've used Acquia as the primary hosting platform for Bassmaster.com for 10+ years. It has been solid, reliable, and helped us grow. If we had issues (rare) they've done a good job with customer service.
Pros
- Little to no downtime
- They stay in touch related to updates
- Reasonable pricing
Cons
- The ticketing system is a tad confusing
- Much of our business is based on live sports events. We can't afford any service interruptions. Acquia has a super reliable track record on this front.
Acquia is best for Drupal websites. WordPress VIP is better for WordPress websites.
