Overall Satisfaction with Acquia Digital Experience Platform
We use Acquia's DXP for our enterprise clients that have very specific or high standard requirements into regards of hosting and products. Clients that want an extremely flexible front-end we gear towards using Acquia Site Studio, while other use cases where a customer might want to launch 50 sites each year we gear towards Site Factory, sometimes even a combination of the different products and packages.

- Gear the tools towards the needs of customers
- Great understanding of their offerings
Acquia offers you the tools to do this. If you start with Code Studio you're off and going within minutes. If you use Acquia BLT (Build and Launch Tool) it takes a bit more effort. We opted for BLT on a CI/CD platform so for us it took some more time as we tried to streamline our own internal process. But overall the process is not complex.
Can't compare apples to grapes. But in terms of "Drupal specific" hosting at enterprise level as a PAAS solution I think Acquia is the only one doing it at this scale.
