Overall Satisfaction with Act-On
We use Act-On to communicate (with donors, training customers and mariners) and to help build new relationships with our not-for-profit organization. We employ the software in development (fundraising) and in education—sending out newsletters and solicitations and creating landing pages and forms to collect information. The software helps us build engagement, foster community and get feedback.

It's tough to make a real comparison. NetCommunity's interface is clunky and slow. Blackbaud charges extra for responsive design and one has to hand code a lot more HTML.
