Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign has been one of the most stable parts of my marketing automation stack. The biggest problem it solves is email deliverability which is a huge thing for any email marketing platform.

Pros

  • Does email automation very well.
  • Gets emails delivered to the mailbox.
  • Very good email template builder.

Cons

  • I wish there was an integration with Twilio for SMS for everyone to use and not just for certain levels.
  • You can't put a price on saving time with email automation.
It's more advanced and more suited for marketers who are serious about email marketing automation.
ActiveCampaign is suited for any business that wants a high-end marketing automation platform that's well established and has one of the best email deliverability rates in the industry. However, it will be a learning curve for those who are not familiar with advanced email marketing automation platforms.
