Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We us it as a Marketing Automation software, email marketing software and as a CRM. ActiveCampaign has been really useful to be able to customize customer experience based on different triggers and where people are in our funnels. I couldn't recommend the software more:
The deliverability is great. The support is awesome. It has a ton of features.
The price isn't cheap, but it's all worth it!

- Email marketing.
- CX automation.
- Live chat.
- Support.
Cons
- Pricing.
- Conversions tracking.
- Integration with Google Ads.
- It helps with Facebook Ads (Native Integration between our list in ActiveCampaign & Remarketing list inside Facebook Ads).
- Great for marketing automation (saves us a lot of time).
- CRM fully integrated with automation, so we can customize it, manage deals automatically, etc...
Active Campaign is a lot of time cheaper, better and easier to use.
Dynamics is great, but it's expensive and the learning curve for using it is big.
Also, it lacks integration between WordPress website and other services, where ActiveCampaign is great at adding more and more native integrations.
(Typeform, Calendly, Google Sheets, Facebook Ads, etc...)
