Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign to communicate with our current clients and our followers through a combination of direct messages and automated sequences.
It is used to manage contacts, update and engage with our clients and prospects so we can deliver the right messages to them according to what they are most interested in learning. The dynamic nature of Active Campaign makes it much easier to setup these automations.

- It is simple and intuitive to follow.
- It is also very powerful and has a broad range of features that can be used.
- It is user-friendly and has great support.
- Dynamic sequencing to set up different automations according to client interests.
- Speed of their servers could be increased.
- Sometimes, the speed of response of their help-desk could be a bit quicker.
- If some 'out of the box' automations were set up, that would be helpful to get things started.
- It has had a positive ROI. It's hard to measure 'advocacy' and 'engagement' but it does make it easier for me to communicate with people, maintain and build new relationships.
- The automations mean it reduces time needed to nurture prospects and deliver.
- The negative is that occasionally, it would be helpful to have more than 3 users so we can have different people using the platform.
More features, more functionality, easy to use, and doesn't seem to have a lot of 'extra' features that aren't actually needed. It is also competitively priced.
It has powerful automations, and integrates with all the other tools that are part of my tech stack.
When I looked at other tools, some of them have similar functionality, but the starting price was significantly higher, and they also seemed to have a range of other features that complicated how they worked.
