Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ActiveCampaign has been a great addition to our in/outbound marketing efforts. What you receive in the platform rivals others I tried like Hubspot e.g. marketing automations for a lot less in terms of monthly costs to our business. The platform is very user friendly and intuitive and they are always upgrading features/functionality. Highly recommend.

Alternatives Considered

Hubspot was another CRM that I considered. Although I liked the features and functionality of Hubspot, their pricing tiers for really started to escalate when you are looking for CRM solutions that provide marketing automations. When I tried Active Camp[aign, I was very pleased that I was able to accomplish my goals for a lot less money.

ActiveCampaign has been great for our SMB use cases. Not sure how well it would work for larger marketing teams. Marketing automations have been very useful for our team to drive our sales funnel. Conversations has also been a welcome addition to our website and was very easy to integrate.
