Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign to automate all of our email marketing efforts. We link it to different platforms like WebinarJam, Calendly and Hotmart so that we can automatically segment our leads and contacts, and carry out email automations depending on the actions taken by our contacts, and we also design and send different stand alone campaigns through it.

Cons

  • Speed of support.
  • Depth of support options.
  • Pricing plans may be hard for a starting business.
  • It has allowed us to grow our contact list from less than 10 contacts up to 900+ contacts.
  • Almost all of our sales have come from contacts after receiving an email campaign.
  • Our professional image has been strengthened by using it.
We started using Mailchimp when we launched our business but soon outgrew its features. ActiveCampaign was recommended to us by a business coach with whom we trained for launching a different product and after that, we haven't looked back. ActiveCampaign offers many more features than the previous email marketing platform that we used.
ActiveCampaign is extremely well suited for a business that depends on Webinars for their marketing, since it has automations specifically designed for sending reminder and follow up mails for any type of webinars. We have used them and created our own automations successfully for at least 10 different webinars and always without a hitch. I guess that using ActiveCampaign if you don't send many emails to your contacts, it would be an overkill.
