Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use AC as a piggy-back on our HubSpot CRM. It's much more cost-effective than HubSpot Marketing, and works wonderfully for a variety of uses. For instance, we also use ActiveCampaign for distributing updates to our investor community, in addition to the more traditional marketing efforts of our company.
  • Easy to use UI/UX.
  • Intuitive and powerful automation tree configuration.
  • Decent insight and graphics around campaign stats.
  • We've had some issues around permissioning/roles.
  • I'd like to see more canned integrations, instead of complete reliance on Zapier.
  • Easily justifiable spend.
  • Substantial savings over our other option, HubSpot.
More cost-effective than HubSpot, though at the sacrifice of some usability.
Our company is a startup, and it's perfect for us. This might be less well-suited for larger institutions, depending on their ability to integrate this with other internal systems...but that's speculation.
