Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign to capture leads from our website via a Thrive theme quiz and automate the lead scoring process inside ActiveCampaign. Once a lead has been scored a new deal is automatically created based on the information provided by the lead. It is also where we maintain all our customer data. We have also used workflow automation to trigger emails in the past.
  • Automation of lead scoring works really well.
  • The workflow/automation builder is very easy to use...great interface.
  • They have some pre-built templates that make it easy to get started.
  • The integration with Thrive themes could be a little better. For example, I have not been able to pass in postcode...which is important for my lead scoring process.
  • The automation templates are great...but they could use some more email templates.
  • The scoring process takes too long... some of these calculations are fairly simple yet the score can take a while to generate. Not a huge issue but just not sure why it takes so long.
  • ActiveCampaign has enabled us to focus on the business more and admin less.
If you are a small business with a website that is trying to capture leads, ActiveCampaign is great. I have a WordPress website and ActiveCampaign was easy to set up and use. Also...the support is amazing...I mean really good. They are willing to help out and troubleshoot issues for you, not just with the tool but even getting a billing issue addressed was really fast and simple.
