Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I have used Active Campaign for several years and it does the job that we need it to. It helps us manage our contact list, we are able to create various automated sequences and it has made a big difference in our ability to stay in communication and nurture our contacts. It is very user friendly and the price is very reasonable compared to other software out there.

Pros

Cons

  • Sales function could improve.
  • Creating automation and tagging can be a little confusing.
  • Lead scoring could improve as well.
  • We have been able to reactive many clients back with a click of a button.
  • Black Friday sales and promos work very well.
  • And once automation is set, you can relax.
The other software I have used are very complex and I have had to hire on "experts" to help me manage it. I feel like I can personally navigate Active Campaign without being a "professional" and plus I get a lot more bang for my buck with Active Campaign. It is very cost-effective.
Active Campaign works very well for automated sequencing and setting up campaigns to nurture contacts. It generally is very user friendly and is very cost-effective compared to many of its competitors. I have used the other competitors and Active Campaign is so much easier to use, does not require an "expert" to help, and gives you a lot more usability than the higher-priced software.
