Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
In general, I was very happy with the ease-of-use of ActiveCampaign. I was setting up a contacts collection automation, including welcome emails, newsletter send-outs, etc. The process to do so was very straightforward and fast, in my opinion.
Though there were some basic expected functionalities missing, such as using custom fonts according to company design guides. Also, the email builder, while quite easy to use in general, can be a bit buggy. It was also missing some basic features that I would have liked, such as stacking content blocks (on top of each other, rather than next to each other; Z-dimension) and putting background images on content blocks.
Few grievances aside though, I'm generally happy with the product!
