ActiveCampaign is the central hub for all of our marketing and customer management functions.
As a company that develops & markets digital information products, email is our primary means of customer communication and the central component for all marketing activities. ActiveCampaign enables us to rapidly automate our lead generation and marketing funnels, and customer & prospect segmentation, easier and with greater capability than our previous solution.

- Easy, quick, hassle-free import of our lists from our previous email management company.
- Excellent integration to virtually all of our marketing channels and apps.
- Rapid development & rollout of marketing funnel automations.
- Training and support that we aspire to - and I used to consider ours to be the Gold Standard that others should aspire to!
- The interface is a little counter-intuitive with some features hard to find.
- Lists & segments are a little kludgey setup-wise.
- Reporting is also a little counter-intuitive.
- The outstanding unsolicited content has been very worthwhile.
- Biggest ROI has been in enabling us to do more of 'the basics' in our marketing efforts that had often been neglected because of time or difficulty. This has had a huge impact on our sales and customer acquisition efforts.
I was a long-time user of Aweber, Constant Contact, and Drip, and currently work with both Klaviyo and Omnisend for clients.
