Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

Email marketing is the most important part of our organization; it is the way to be connected with our customers. ActiveCampaign provides for the best and easiest tools I have found to be a champion in the internet global era. The software is used especially for the marketing and customer service side of my business.

Pros

  • Great tools to capture leads and organize the contacts.
  • Great platform to make broad emails look professional.
  • Amazing data analysis for email marketing.
  • Super affordable prices at all levels of companies.
  • The company stays relevant with changes in the industry.

  • Tutorials for starting out to use the software.

I used a couple of different ones but don't remember their names now. All my friends were using ActiveCampaign and it felt right to me since I started using it. The whole platform felt intuitive when I started using it. I also had support from people I know in order to learn how to use the system and take better advantage of the software.

Email marketing is everything in the new world of online business. ActiveCampaigng is best suited for ALL kinds of business (I cannot think of a single business that won't benefit from using broadcast email to connect and engage with customers). The best scenario for the use of ActiveCampaing is for the use of automatization in the process of messages when a customer is interested in your product. The product is less appropriate when it comes to the customer buying more specific types of products where --for example-- a customer service assistance might be needed to be contacted by phone. Yet, email can be a great way still to contact these customers in order to move them into the phone.
