Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I am an online entrepreneur and LOVE that AC gives me the user-friendly platform to get started while supporting my growth as my journey progresses. The support team is excellent and consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. There are plenty of resources to learn as I grow and always feel supported when reaching out to customer support (not the case with many companies today). The tools I need are always available and updates, new features, and tools continue to be released regularly. No matter if you are a solopreneur, or have a team already... AC is the best place to entrust your customer communications!!

Pros

  • Reaches out to new customers with offers of support making you feel welcome from day 1
  • Simple structure that is very user friendly so that you can avoid paying for outside technical help and still focus on what you do best
  • Offers free training, tips, and support for you to learn more about how to leverage email communications with your followers, customers, and future customers.

Cons

  • There is no 'free' version, but is very cost effective even for the beginner
  • for a minimal fee each month, I can put offers in front of the right people with a touch of a button, making sales in my sleep with ease
AWeber is also a solid product but is harder to navigate as a new user. They do have a free version released within the last year, but it is very limited (one list) and to upgrade is less efficient than the basic plan with AC. AC is much more user-friendly, has more features, and offers more support and training to grow.

AC is useful to connect with clients/customers, reconnect with current clients/customers and grow your list all at the same time. The fortune is in the follow-up... AC makes it simple and easy to do that follow-up with no extra effort. Today's business is all about relationship building, and with AC's user-friendly features, it is simple to do this!!
