Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign for all our E-mail automation, especially for Webinar automation. After a customer has watched our webinar we send them different emails depending on what actions they have taken. We also use it for all our current customers to make sure they feel supported while they are in our paid course. All our weekly Newsletters are sent out by ActiveCampaing as well. This is our all-in-tool for contacting our customers or potential customers.

- Contacts can be easily grouped in different segments and lists
- Very good and detailed reporting options
- The detailed automation reporting can not be tracked by day or weeks the last month
- More sales thanks to automations

ActiveCampaign to me is the most user-friendly system with the best options to automate processes. We have tried several different systems but they were either confusing or simply didn't have the automation and workflows we needed. Plus I never experienced such great customer support anywhere else even the onboarding process was supported and there was always someone there to follow up with us.
