Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign for email marketing, across the whole organization. It helps us maintain brand consistency with our email newsletters.

  • It's saved a lot of time when the team migrated my email data from another provider.
I chose to go with ActiveCampaign because I heard it was easier to navigate, and I think it matches up about with others were saying. I'm pleased with the service.

ActiveCampaign works great with companies that have a lot of contacts and data. It might be less appropriate with a very small email list. We have a list of about 500 contacts and it works well, but we don't even have to use all of the features yet.
