ActiveCampaign is being used across the entire operation, marketing, and delivery of the business. It has been very helpful in being able to bring in and automate processes with lead magnets, create lists, manage customers and clients. [It has also] created processes in the business that have helped us in automating a lot of the customer experience and building relationships, providing education, and upsells with both e-commerce customers and clients working with us from on-boarding to delivery.

The greatest benefit that I found when using ActiveCampaign was that it works the way my brain does. It has a good logic system in the way it builds automations and is easy for me to follow with explanatory ways of getting what you want done. In comparison to the other programs I have tried and tested, it is advanced enough that you can do pretty much everything you need to without missing out on anything. It's not overcomplicated and hard to use like some other programs.
