Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
Active Campaign helps us encourage our audience to become members as well as stay in contact with current members. We put out free information weekly to create interest. In a day when everyone is so busy and spread so thin, including myself, using Active Campaign has made it easier to keep our business visible. Being a small business that markets on mostly on social media, a reliable and easy to use CRM and email automation is a must. Active Campaign fits the bill.
We were with Infusionsoft previously for several years and never utilized much of its processes because it was so difficult to figure out. There is no need for lots of bells and whistles if you can't utilize them. Coming to Active Campaign has been like a breath of fresh air because it is user friendly and the training and support has helped us iron out all of our business issues. We've done 10X more with AC in just a few months than we did in years elsewhere.

- Automation - easy to use and allows creativity to get the job done
- Analytics - easy to understand
- Email templates - need more with better designs
- Training - more videos on evergreen automations and the like
- Price - a bit high for small business
- Ease of use - Setting up an evergreen newsletter was super easy and has helped us be consistent in our communication.
- Campaigns/automations - the multiple options for setting them up to target contacts based on activity or interests has helped streamline our communication.
- There is now a method to our madness - rather than randomly throwing out an email when there is time, we are able to better execute a business plan involving regular communication outside of social media. This is huge to us.
ActiveCampaign dances circles around both. It's easy to learn, provides good support and training, and exactly fits our needs by providing so many options. We wish we had started out with ActiveCampaign - we feel like we lost three years monkeying around with difficult software that was confusing and didn't meet our needs.
