Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

With ActiveCampaign I was able to automate the management of my courses. Before it was a lot of handwork. Now it got much better. The main benefit is the communication with my students. There is a longer sequence with conditional events that is now easy to handle and much less error prone.

I think ActiveCampaign is well suited for small business owners that wants to grow with the platform. Also for beginners in customer experience automation ActiveCampaign is a big help, beause of the great support that they offer. If you need you can get one-on-one support to clarify your issues, what is super benificial.

The CRM is easy to use, not the most sofisticated, but a good starting point, if you still not have one.
