Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We are currently using ActiveCampaign to communicate more effectively with our current Clients and potential clients. We are also using it to build our pipeline & workload.
  • Easy to import contacts & details from another provider
  • Build your "deals" & customize the pipeline
  • Provide videos that teach you how to move to the next step
  • I'm struggling with the automations ... I'm sure I'm overcomplicating things.
  • Attaching documents to automated emails that get sent
  • Adding a photo or avatar to Clients
  • Helps me stay focused on what to accomplish next
  • Keeps the team organized and informed on Clients

I was looking for a CRM that could also provide marketing and wasn't over-complicated, I could have my team participate, and build in a pipeline of deals/contracts for Clients; ActiveCampaign fit these features perfectly and it is affordable. The other software companies seemed to be too robust for what we needed and ActiveCampaign can grow along with us as we scale the business.
