We currently use ActivTrak for a multitude of reasons, but the primary one is to help make hiring decisions. By tracking the activity of our staff, we're able to create 'gearing ratio's' which show us how long our most common activities take. We're then able to deduce how many people we need to complete those tasks in relation to our end users.
Additionally, it lets us track who our most efficient team members are and begin to implement their best practices across teams.
