This is being used in various departments as a means to review daily activity while employees are working remotely. It has helped us significantly in understanding each employee's daily workload and success.
Pros
- Reviews each website that is being utilized.
- Provides notifications if employees are close to burning out due to work overload.
- Provides an easy quick look into who is available and who is not should you need to contact them.
Cons
- Lots of glitches: Screen sometimes doesn't show an employee or the names are all blank even though I know they are working.
- No ROI has been captured.
- It notifies you of the less committed employees which is helpful.
- The classifications on the websites.
- Team pulse: Easy quick glance at how each employee is doing.
- Top user report: Understand the employees schedules.
I think them knowing that management has access to view when they are working has helped productivity.
Knowing who is actually working and what they are doing.
