Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica for warehouse/inventory management, sales, marketing, finance, accounting and CRM. Acumatica helps us record transactional data and report it in real time.
- Acumatica gives us lots of flexibility to allow us to cater to our business model but also offer opportunities to grow in how and how quickly we can evaluate performance and process.
- Financials can be as current as the last released transaction which is great for financial function and decision making.
- Journal Entry and transactional correction

- Support and training during and in the immediate aftermath of Go Live
- right now we have a lot of things with our system we don't know so three months past go live we are still learning best practices. That is our biggest challenge.

We use Acumatica as a complete resource for transactional, sales, inventory and financial reporting. The connectivity of the data and the real time access definitely meets our needs on a process basis.
Our legacy system was Epicor based and reached its end of life. We evaluated the product available from a source we knew. We felt that the growth potential of Acumatica and its future would be a great fit for us to grow together as business partners.
