Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Acumatica handles our project accounting needs (budgeting, cost projections, invoices, checks, etc.). We use it in conjunction with Timberscan to handle paperless invoice approvals. We use Velixo to handle reporting and linking to excel needs. The native functionality doesn't fit our needs perfectly and so we have had to customize it.

We rely on project accounting as we're a construction/real estate company and need to manage our budgets across many functional groups and for the most part, Acumatica does this well. Where we have encountered issues has been mainly around what appear to be unique steps/requirements within our existing processes.
We have many companies which was a sticking feature, and quite costly, with many of the solutions we evaluated. Additionally, we require project accounting which eliminated many of the options we thought we would consider. Acumatica's resource pricing model set it apart in addition to its customizability and open API (although this has more quirks than we expected).
