Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
The primary business problems Acumatica has helped with Job Costing and data capture. Before implementation, we did not have a central repository for our data. This allowed us to do better reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Job Costing to measure return
- Dispatch our service technicians
- Allows our customers to make quick safe payments online
- Customer's ability to see where their technician
- The interface is outdated (2023R2)
- Real Time Information to make decisions
- Quicker close process
- Customer Invoicing now meets their requests
4-6 months
Our customers have benefited from Acumatica as they can make their payments online from the emailed invoices. They also have the ability to get service address history more quickly as the information is more searchable. The internal customers benefit from dashboard capabilities that then can customize for their own needs without relying on someone else to configure for them.
The Acumatica Construction edition stacks up very favorably with Sage Intact products. Having more users than Intact allows for more feedback on enhancements. The ability to have data flow through to all areas. This allows field users to access other functionality that they do not need daily, but things like asset tracking is beneficial if they are trying to determine who to "borrow" heavy equipment from for their job.
- Intact iQ, Foundation and ServiceTitan
Acumatica was selected as it could serve all my construction lines of business very well, not just OK. Other products excelled in others but were only passable in some. I also appreciated the usage based licenses rather than designated users.
